What we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form:

• name
• email address
• phone number (if you add it)
• the service you're interested in and your message

Why we use it

We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is handling your request and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't send marketing emails and never sell data to third parties.

Who processes the data

• Google Workspace: our email provider, which delivers and stores contact form inquiries.
• Vercel: website hosting, which may briefly store IP addresses in technical logs.

These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as needed to communicate with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law or a contract requires longer retention.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing and object to it. Email info@kaspiatech.eu. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
